Important Note: Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms. In such cases, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Password

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

If you believe that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the 333bb support team immediately. All activities carried out on your account will be considered your own actions, unless you have reported the unauthorized access in a timely manner.

333bb will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. If anyone claiming to be a 333bb representative asks for your password, it may be a phishing attempt — notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 333bb is ৳500, which applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. You may only deposit from an account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount on 333bb is ৳500. Withdrawal processing typically takes 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed after verification.

  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Completing KYC verification before withdrawing is mandatory.

4.3 Currency

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

The wagering requirement means that before withdrawing bonus funds, you must place bets totaling 10 times that amount. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated in the offer description.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for playing.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer explicitly permits it.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • 333bb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

333bb has three VIP tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback and additional benefits.
  • Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback and priority service.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

333bb is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures unbiased results.

All game results for players will be considered final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 333bb will attempt to refund the bets placed in that round. If this is not possible, a decision will be made based on system logs.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Using bots, automated software, or any form of artificial assistance.

  • Using the site for money laundering or illegal fund transactions.
  • Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
  • Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other players or 333bb staff.
  • Placing bets on behalf of a third party or being involved in match-fixing.
Warning: If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, 333bb will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the support team to do so. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance, where applicable under these Terms.

8.2 Account Closure by 333bb

333bb may close or suspend an account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification.
  • Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).
  • Self-exclusion at the user's request.

9 Limitation of Liability

333bb is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law. This applies in particular to the following:

  • Loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connection issues.
  • Financial loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
  • Any guarantee on betting outcomes — gaming is a form of entertainment that carries risk.
  • Issues related to third-party services (payment providers, internet service providers).

In any case, 333bb's maximum liability will be equal to the amount deposited in the relevant transaction. No liability beyond this will be accepted.
